Trying clearing the cookies in your browser. Corrupt cookies will keep you from being able to log in.
I lost my HomeSeer 2 license keys, where can I get them?
Click on the following link and enter the email address you used to purchase the software. Your keys will be emailed to you. If the email is not found, open a ticket.
Request License Keys
I deleted the admin user and I can not log in at all!
Delete the file "users.cfg" in the config folder in the HomeSeer folder. This will restore the all the default users.
