Any regularly stocked item that goes temporarily out of stock may be "pre-ordered". Pre-ordered items are automatically reserved and will ship as soon as they come back into stock.

• All pre-orders are charged in full at the time of pre-order.
• Pre-ordered items are automatically reserved for each customer.
• Pre-orders may be cancelled and refunded in full at any time prior to shipment.
• Our 30-day product return policy begins when the order is shipped.

Note: Pre-ordered items should always be purchased separately (if possible) to avoid shipping delays for "in-stock" items.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not, the following items may be returned within 30 days from the date your order ships for a full refund (less shipping costs) by using the returns procedure outlined below. 

Eligible items: Unopened physical copies of software, all regularly stocked hardware items with original packaging, parts and documentation, and kits/combos with unopened software.

Ineligible items: There are no refunds on opened physical copies of software or on downloaded software once unlock codes have been issued. If in doubt, please be sure to download trial versions for all software (including plug-ins) before making your final purchase.

• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please register for our help desk and submit a help desk ticket with the category designated for RMA returns to obtain your RMA#.
• Item must be returned to us within 30 days from the date order shipment.
• Item must be returned in its original condition with all manuals and packaging materials must be undamaged.

Products purchased from us which are found to be defective within the first 30 days may be returned directly to HomeSeer for repair, replacement, credit or refund, using the Returns Procedure described above.

Products purchased from us which are found to be defective after the first 30 days but within the warranty period should be returned directly to the manufacturer for fastest service. All manufacturers' warranty terms and restrictions apply.

All HomeSeer branded hardware products are warrantied as follows:

• New products - 1 year, parts and labor
• Refurbished - 90 days, parts and labor
