of any text-to-speech package available for the desktop. The
voices are available in packages that include all the frequencies
you need for the desktop (computer speakers) and the telephone.
The US English package includes two voices, Kate and
Paul,
in both 8 and 16 khz frequencies. The 8Khz version is perfect
for use with HomeSeer Phone. The voices are shipped on 2 CD's.
The voices are purchased separately from HomeSeer and in bundle

voices are only available on CD. These voices are compatible
HomeSeer 1.6.0 or later, and are compatible with the SAPI 5
text-to-speech programming interface. Note that they do not
support the Microsoft Agent characters.
