To access your messages remotely, you need to enter your passcode. When the outgoing message is being played, press the pound key (#) or the star and pound keys (*#). You will be prompted for your passcode. Enter your 4-digit passcode and press the # key.
After logging into the system (either by entering your passcode from a remote phone or by pressing # from an in-house phone), you may access your voice messages. To access your messages, press "1#" or say "messages".
If the system is set up to use a single mailbox, it will immediately summarize the number and type of messages you have available.
If the system is set up to use multiple mailboxes, it will prompt you for a mailbox number if you accessed the system from an in-house phone. If you accessed the system remotely using your passcode, it already knows what mailbox you are logged into and will not prompt you for a mailbox number.
New messages are played first.
After listening to the messages summary, you may access your messages with the following keypad commands. Note that the # key is not required after entering these commands:
