Select from the drop-down menu the state the device is currently in, the state it recently changed to, or whose value is set to a specified amount. Some conditions will require additional information, which is set in the Offset field. For instance, if the condition "Has been OFF for exactly" is selected, then the amount of time the device has been off should be typed into the Offset field, such as "1:00" for one hour or "0:15" for 15 minutes, etc.

Here is a brief explanation of each device condition sub-types:
Is On / Is Off
Has been ON for exactly / Has been OFF for exactly
Changed to ON / Changed to OFF / Changed to DIM / Changed to BRIGHT / Changed
to ANY status
Has been ON for at least / Has been OFF for at least
Value equals / Value does not equal / Value is within the range

If the device chosen has value/status pairs associated with it, which means that HomeSeer's X-10 centric status settings are not used, then the custom status strings will display instead, removing the entire set of sub-types above. In this case, the choices may appear something like this example, which uses a device with custom status/value pairs to track the status of a music system: |

When device value/status pairs exist, the condition choices then become one of Currently (the device is at that status/value now), For At Least (the device has been at that status/value for at least... the amount of time entered into the Offset box), and For Exactly (the device has been at that status/value for exactly... the amount of time entered into the Offset box). |
