Check this box if you do not want HomeSeer to receive Z-Wave status messages (for devices capable of instant status notification) from devices and controllers. You might do this if you have a very large network and wish to reduce Z-Wave traffic and routing, or if you are using HomeSeer to configure Z-Wave in a second home where HomeSeer will not be left running all the time.
When this option is enabled, automatic associations to HomeSeer are prevented, but it will not remove any associations already set. If the option is turned off, it also will not add associations that do not exist. Associations can be managed using the Manage Associations screen.
